Terms and Conditions

  • Crying or Howling dogs are not allowed.
  • Excessive barking dogs are not allowed.
  • Dogs with Ticks or even a Single Tick is not allowed. (e.g. Tick, Flies or any Insects or Bugs)
  • Dogs with any kind of infections like Skin Infection, Liver Infection, Fungal Infection etc. are not allowed.
  • Dogs with recent medical treatments are not allowed.
  • Dogs with sickness or any ongoing treatment/medical practise are not allowed.
  • Dogs with aggressive behaviour will stay in crate with Rs.150/Day extra charges on responsibility to owner of all damages to dogs, humans or things.
  • Bad behaviour and not socialized dog will stay in crate under the responsibility of owner of any kind of damages.
  • Female in periods are not allowed. In case if period starts during hostelling period than Rs.150/Day extra charges would be payable by owner & Dog will stay in crate under responsibility of owner.
  • Visiting hours are from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM only.
    • Only 2 people allowed for visit.
    • External food is not allowed.
    • Maintain silence.
    • Children are not allowed.
    • Status update time during hostelling of dog are between 09:30 PM to 10:00 PM only.
    • If the stay is more than 5 days then it is recommended that please connect for your dog's update every alternate day rather than every day.
    • In case of emergency please do WhatsApp or Text Message.
    • Hostelling charges on hourly basis are Rs.50/Hour.
    • Stay for more than 12 Hours will be considered as a Full Day and Charges will be counted per Day.
    • Hostelling charges are (24 Hours):
    • Rs.600/Day for Small-Medium sized Dogs & Puppies (i.e. Pug, Beagle, Lhasa Apso, Shih Tzu, Cocker Spaniel, Pomeranian, Puppies up to 6 Months of Age)
    • Rs.750/Day for Large Dogs (i.e. Labrador, GSD, Dalmatian, Doberman)
    • Rs.900/Day for Giant Dogs (i.e. Saint Bernard, Great Dane, Mastiff, Rottweiler)
    • Pick Up & Drop is not a part of Hostel Service. It will only be provided based on availability on the charges of Rs.750.
    • This is just a rare case but during pick up or drop if any interior damage done by your dog will be fined to owner.
    • Grooming & Bath is not a part of Hostel Service. It will only be provided based on availability on the charges of Rs.750.
    • Medical emergency & Treatment is not a part of hostel service. It will be provided on all expenses & responsibility by owner and is payable at the time of check-out.
    • In the case if any emergency medical condition occurs during hostel period or during hostel training period, we are not fully responsible for the entire treatment period and the owner have to take the custody of the dog for better care and treatment.
    • Hostel owner or care taker will not be responsible or to be blamed in any kind of accident happens with your dogs during or after hostelling, transportation or grooming. It will completely up to the owner’s risk to have dog for hostelling. And if anything happens after picking up your dog from the hostel first discuss with us and take the advice of the vet. Don't start blaming us without knowing the cause of the action.
    • Unbearable dogs will be shifted to nearby hostel who have space to accept with the co-ordination to owner on his/her responsibility.
    • We will try our best to keep your dog from any kind of ticks, infections, injuries or any kind of accident happens. But in case of that happens than we should not be blamed by the owner.
    • Legal actions like Police Complaint with FIR will be filed against any kind of cheating happens to the Hostel, Hostel Owner or Aapkadog and all the expenses of legal process has to be paid by the accused person. The same thing will happen in case of someone has abandoned their dog or cat in the hostel. FIR will be done and all the hostel stay and legal charges the owner will be responsible to pay.
    • Make advance payment of 50% before 1 weak ago for the confirm booking. And in case of cancellation or postponing of plan have to be informed 72 hours before for 100% refund. And after that period up to 50% amount will be refunded.
    • Don’t bring any accessories of your dog during hostelling period. We will provide all necessary things to your dog. In case of anything missed of your dog, we will not be responsible or blamed for that.
    • During hostel period the facilities covered are
    • Walk (3 times/Day), Food (3 times/Day).
    • Food will cover Home Made Food (Veg. /Non Veg. as per owner) & Dog Food.
    • During hostel period for requirement of Air Conditioner Rs.100/Day will be extra charge.
    • During hostelling period Training will not be covered.
    • For any hostel property damage by dog the charges will be payable by the owner.
    • During long hostelling stay more than 7 days following details will be required:
    • Dog File
    • Local Address
    • Permanent Address
    • Valid ID Proof of Owner
    • Payment modes are as follows:
    • New client out of Baroda have to make Advance Payment and submit Valid Id Proof, Blank Cheque
    • Client from Baroda have to make Advance Payment only.
    • Upto 10% Discount will apply to your total bill if your dog stay period is more than 10 Days.
    • To get an update regarding your dog during the hostelling period, the owner has to call the hostel caretaker only during update timings.
    • During the festival season, the hostel confirmation will be taken only in 7 days of time before the stay.
    • On regular days, the hostel confirmation will be taken only 2 days before the stay.
    • Even after the inquiry or visit if a client doesn't give confirmation then from our side that booking is not confirmed.
    • To drop or pick up your Dog a confirmation call is required from the owner at least before 24 hours.
    • If an owner misses the update time than please contact on next day during update time to get updates. Don't worry your dog is safe with us.
    • Within the hostel premises videography or photography is strictly prohibited.
    • During update time video call is not allowed as it may disturb our other furry guests. You will be provided video and photos of your dog as per request. Also, the updates will be provided to only one registered number with us. If anyone else wants updates for the same dog then the registered number has to coordinate further with them. We will provide updates on only one number.
    • If your dog or cat has taken any of our services then we may use their photos or videos for marketing and social media purpose and the owner should not have any objection to that.
    • During the hostelling period some clients are demanding like Sell my dog directly from there, please do matting directly, train my dog during the hostelling period. So we are strictly informing that such things we are not going to entertain as it is not part of hostelling service.
